機(jī)油壓力始終過低的原因

機(jī)油壓力傳感器通常安裝在主油道中的,如果機(jī)油壓力表機(jī)油壓力傳感器正常,而機(jī)油壓力表指示壓力過低,可根據(jù)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的組成,油路對(duì)故障可能原因進(jìn)行分析。

The oil pressure sensor is usually installed in the main oil passage. If the oil pressure sensor of the oil pressure gauge is normal and the oil pressure gauge indicates that the pressure is too low, the possible causes of the fault can be analyzed according to the composition of the lubrication system and the oil circuit.

主要對(duì)油路按油流方向以機(jī)油壓力傳感器為界分成前、后進(jìn)行分析。

The oil circuit is mainly divided into front and rear according to the oil flow direction and bounded by the oil pressure sensor.

主要原因

機(jī)油壓力傳感器前:主要原因有油路不暢(如濾清器堵塞)或供油不足(如機(jī)油量不足)而導(dǎo)致機(jī)油壓力不足。

Front of oil pressure sensor: the main reason is insufficient oil pressure due to poor oil circuit (such as filter blockage) or insufficient oil supply (such as insufficient oil).

機(jī)油壓力傳感器后:主要原因有油路泄油過快(如曲軸軸承間隙過)。

After the oil pressure sensor: the main reason is that the oil circuit leaks too fast (such as excessive crankshaft bearing clearance).

應(yīng)對(duì)措施

Countermeasures

(1)機(jī)油壓力表失靈或通向壓力表油路堵塞。分別松開油管與油壓表連接(另一端與主油道連接)的螺母或螺栓,觀察到機(jī)油冒出的壓力較,則說明壓力表有故障,或通往油壓表的油管堵塞。

(1) The oil pressure gauge fails or the oil passage to the pressure gauge is blocked. Loosen the nuts or bolts connecting the oil pipe and the oil pressure gauge (the other end is connected with the main oil passage) respectively. If it is observed that the oil pressure is high, it indicates that the pressure gauge is faulty or the oil pipe leading to the oil pressure gauge is blocked.

(2)機(jī)油容量不足、機(jī)油變質(zhì)或機(jī)油中有水。定期檢查油底殼儲(chǔ)油的機(jī)油尺刻度,按規(guī)定加足機(jī)油;檢查活塞環(huán)與缸套的配合情況,磨損嚴(yán)重應(yīng)加以修理。

(2) Insufficient oil capacity, deteriorated oil or water in oil. Regularly check the scale of the oil dipstick of the oil pan and add enough oil as required; Check the fit between piston ring and cylinder liner. If it is seriously worn, it should be repaired.

(3)機(jī)油牌號(hào)不對(duì),粘度小,使機(jī)油過稀。更換新的符合規(guī)格的機(jī)油。

(3) The wrong brand and low viscosity of engine oil make the engine oil too thin. Replace with new engine oil that meets the specifications.

(4)柴油機(jī)期超負(fù)荷工作,使機(jī)油溫度過高而變稀。減小柴油機(jī)負(fù)荷,不允許期超負(fù)荷工作。

(4) The diesel engine is overloaded during operation, so that the oil temperature is too high and becomes thin. Reduce the load of diesel engine and do not allow overload operation during the period.

(5)機(jī)油集濾器堵塞,使機(jī)油吸入量減少而壓力過低。清洗機(jī)油集濾器。

(5) The oil filter is blocked, which reduces the oil suction and the pressure is too low. Clean the oil strainer.

(6)機(jī)油過臟,使用時(shí)間過?而變質(zhì)等,使吸油盤的濾網(wǎng)或油道堵塞。應(yīng)更換新的機(jī)油,并清洗濾網(wǎng)油道。

(6) The engine oil is too dirty and has been used for too long? And deterioration, so that the filter screen or oil passage of the oil suction disc is blocked. Replace with new engine oil and clean the filter oil passage.

(7)機(jī)油泵磨損后,使機(jī)油泵內(nèi)漏增,則泵油量減少,或者是機(jī)油泵紙墊損壞而滲漏機(jī)油??赏ㄟ^減少機(jī)油泵端蓋墊片厚度的方法來補(bǔ)償,如泵油量仍不足時(shí),應(yīng)修理或更換磨損零件及損壞的墊片。

(7) After the oil pump is worn, the internal leakage of the oil pump increases, the pump oil volume decreases, or the oil leakage is caused by the damage of the oil pump paper pad. It can be compensated by reducing the gasket thickness of the oil pump end cover. If the pump oil is still insufficient, repair or replace the worn parts and damaged gaskets.

(8)檢查限壓閥的彈簧是否過軟、閥門是否磨損過甚。若閥門磨損正常,則應(yīng)檢查彈簧的彈力是否不足。

(8) Check whether the spring of the pressure limiting valve is too soft and whether the valve is worn too much. If the valve is normally worn, check whether the spring force is insufficient.

(9)吸油盤至機(jī)油泵的油路裝配不嚴(yán)密而漏氣,如吸油管空心螺栓擰得不緊等。重新安裝,消除漏氣故障。

(9) The oil circuit from the oil suction pan to the oil pump is not tightly assembled and leaks, such as the hollow bolt of the oil suction pipe is not tightened. Reinstall to eliminate air leakage.

(10)主軸承、連桿軸承,凸輪軸及軸套等潤(rùn)滑部位磨損,間隙增,潤(rùn)滑油滲漏過多。修理?更換新件,恢復(fù)零配件的配合關(guān)系,使其間隙在正常范圍內(nèi)。

(10) The lubricating parts such as main bearing, connecting rod bearing, camshaft and shaft sleeve are worn, the clearance is increased, and the lubricating oil leaks too much. Repair? Replace new parts and restore the matching relationship of spare parts to make their clearance within the normal range.

(11)轉(zhuǎn)子式機(jī)油泵外轉(zhuǎn)子裝反,使泵油量減少。重新安裝,使外轉(zhuǎn)子外圓有倒角的一端應(yīng)裝向機(jī)油泵體內(nèi)。

(11) The outer rotor of the rotor type oil pump is installed reversely to reduce the oil volume of the pump. Reinstall so that the chamfered end of the outer circle of the outer rotor should be installed into the oil pump body.
