化工品進(jìn)口流程：

1、進(jìn)口商和國外簽訂合同

2、國外訂艙發(fā)貨

3、貨物到港

4、換單

5、報檢，出報檢單

6、報關(guān)，海關(guān)查驗(yàn)，出稅金

7、繳稅，海關(guān)放行

8、預(yù)約商檢 商檢查驗(yàn)放行

9、提貨

化工品通關(guān)需要提供的資料

化工品進(jìn)口注意事項(xiàng)：

1、化工品分為法檢化工品和非法檢化工品，非法檢化工品則不需要商檢。

2、為了保險起見，普通化工品進(jìn)口前讓國外提供MSDS，確定沒有危險品成分。

3、如果是出口國家是疫區(qū)要在國外做好。

4、如果化工品有木質(zhì)包裝或者托盤，需要給木質(zhì)包裝和托盤報檢。

Notes for chemical import:

1. Chemical inspection is divided into legal inspection of chemical products and illegal inspection of chemical products, while illegal inspection does not require commodity inspection.

2. For the sake of insurance, we will ask foreign countries to provide MSDS before the import of ordinary chemicals to make sure there is no dangerous goods.
