探傷又叫超聲波檢驗(yàn),是針對鋼板內(nèi)部重量的一種檢驗(yàn)方法及手段,也可以檢驗(yàn)金屬內(nèi)部的缺陷,如隱蔽裂紋、氣孔、沙眼、雜質(zhì)等。分為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ級類探傷。
五、22SiMn2鋼板也可已提供Z向性能:是厚度方向性能鋼板的俗稱、對于較厚的鋼板對其厚度方向性能的力學(xué)性能有特殊規(guī)定。分別為Z15、Z25、Z35。
六、22SiMn2鋼板熱處理狀態(tài):(退火、淬火、回火、正火、調(diào)制)
退火:將鋼板加熱至適當(dāng)溫度根據(jù)材料和規(guī)格不同的加熱時(shí)間在進(jìn)行緩慢冷卻。
淬火:將鋼板加熱保溫后在水油或其他無機(jī)鹽等介質(zhì)中進(jìn)行快速冷卻
回火:將鋼板在某一適當(dāng)溫度下進(jìn)行長時(shí)間保溫在冷卻
正火:將鋼板加熱到適宜溫度在空氣中進(jìn)行冷卻
調(diào)制:正火加回火

九、22SiMn2鋼板的含碳量及性能簡介:
1、這類鋼的含碳量一般約為0.25%~0.55%,對于既定截面尺寸的結(jié)構(gòu)件,在調(diào)質(zhì)處理(淬火加回火)時(shí),如果沿截面淬透,則力學(xué)性能良好,如果淬不透,顯微組織中出現(xiàn)有自由鐵素體,則韌性下降。
2、對具有回火脆性傾向的鋼如錳鋼、鉻鋼、鎳鉻鋼等,回火后應(yīng)快冷。這類鋼的淬火臨界直徑,隨晶粒度和合金元素含量的增加而增大,例如,40Cr和35SiMn鋼約為30~40mm,而40CrNiMo和30CrNi2MoV鋼則約為 60~100mm,常用于制造承受較大載荷的軸、連桿等結(jié)構(gòu)件。
