潮汐苗床給水和排水的方式
1、邊灌邊排式
后來在我們的試驗溫室搭建潮汐式灌溉給苗床的時候,發(fā)現(xiàn)如果每個下水口都設(shè)置一個排水電磁閥,相對代價還是較高的,我們又設(shè)計了一種邊灌邊排的營養(yǎng)液灌入和排出的方式,只是前提條件是進(jìn)水的流速FI要大于水池底部有排水口的排水流速是FO,這樣經(jīng)過一段時間,苗床內(nèi)的水位也能達(dá)到設(shè)定的水位,又節(jié)省了建造潮汐式苗床的成本。
潮汐式苗床的種植盤有三層新的、抗紫外老化(UV穩(wěn)定)和抗化學(xué)性的高抗沖擊性聚苯材料共擠而成,種植盤具有獨特的排水槽設(shè)計,盤四周邊緣的部位略低于中心部位,有2mm的高差,從而是水分更易蒸發(fā)的邊緣部位水位高于中央,使種植效果均衡。
2、先灌后排式
我們設(shè)計了一種潮汐式灌溉自動給水和營養(yǎng)液回收的苗床系統(tǒng)(已獲得發(fā)明專利授權(quán)證書),通過電磁閥控制營養(yǎng)液的供應(yīng),同時,所有的下水口也設(shè)置了電磁閥開關(guān),向苗床灌入營養(yǎng)液的時候,所有下水口的電磁閥關(guān)閉,等到苗床中的營養(yǎng)液水位達(dá)到設(shè)置的水位時,營養(yǎng)液灌入的電磁閥停止工作,根據(jù)控制系統(tǒng)中設(shè)定的營養(yǎng)液的滯留時間,等滯留時間達(dá)到設(shè)定值時,開啟下水口的電磁閥,排出潮汐式苗床滯留的營養(yǎng)液。

We have designed a kind of the tidal irrigation automatic feed water and nutrient recycling seedbed system (has obtained a patent for invention authorization certificate), through the electromagnetic valve control the supply of nutrient solution, at the same time, all drains also set the solenoid valve switch, the seedbed with nutrient solution, all drains electromagnetic valve closed, wait until the seedbed of nutrient solution to set the water level, water nutrient solution into the solenoid valve to stop working, and according to the specified in the control system of nutrient retention time, such as residence time to set value when open the electromagnetic valve of the drains, the tidal discharge from seedbed stranded nutrient solution.
