一、凍雞爪等肉類產(chǎn)品需從“允許進口肉類產(chǎn)品的國家或地區(qū)以及相應(yīng)的品種和用途名單”的國家和企業(yè)進口，且不能屬于“禁止從動物疫病流行國家/地區(qū)

二、如是允許進口肉類產(chǎn)品，肉類進口前需要辦理資質(zhì)及證件：

三、以下是辦理相關(guān)證件或備案的事項供參考：

(一)《食品流通許可證》，

(二) 肉類備案需要提供的材料:

（1）大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進口報告企業(yè)備案登記表

（2）對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營者備案登記表（非外資企業(yè)）或中華人民共和國外商投資企業(yè)批準(zhǔn)證書（外資企業(yè)）

（3）工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照

（4）食品流通許可證

（5）企業(yè)基本情況調(diào)查表

(三) 大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品備案成功后，方可辦理“自動進口許可證”

(1) Record registration form of bulk agricultural product import reporting enterprise

(2) Record registration form of foreign trade operator (non foreign-funded enterprise) or approval certificate of foreign investment enterprise of the People's Republic of China (foreign-funded enterprise)

(3) Business license

(4) Food circulation license

(5) Enterprise basic information questionnaire
