消防箱箱體成型機為煒樺冷彎公司的新一代產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)過科研人員技術(shù)團隊的不斷摸索，把繁瑣，費人工，容易出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品誤差的工序，全部集成到生產(chǎn)線上來完成，原本需要五六個人完成的工序現(xiàn)在只需要一人簡單操作，并且速度更快，品質(zhì)更穩(wěn)定，基本沒有不合格產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)，極大程度上節(jié)省了人工成本和原料成本。為企業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)幦×烁罄麧櫩臻g。設(shè)備的優(yōu)勢在于自動化程度高，對工人數(shù)量沒有太多要求，并且生產(chǎn)速度十分快，每分鐘可生產(chǎn)2個箱體。
