PA6 B27E--尼龍主要缺點
注塑技術(shù)要求較嚴:微量水分的存在都會對成型質(zhì)量造成很大損害;因熱膨脹作用使制品尺寸穩(wěn)定性較難控制;制品中尖角的存在會導致應力集中而降低機械強度;壁厚如果不均勻會導致制件的扭曲、變形;制件后加工時設備精度要求高。會吸收水、醇而溶脹,不耐強酸及氧化劑,不能作耐酸材料使用。耐光性較差。在長期偏高溫環(huán)境下會與空氣中的氧發(fā)生氧化作用,開始時顏色變褐,繼面破碎開裂。易吸水。吸水性大,飽和水可以達到3%以上.一定的程度上影響尺寸穩(wěn)定性和電性能,特別是薄壁件增厚影響較大;吸水亦會大大降低塑料的機械強度。在選材時,應顧及使用環(huán)境及與別的元件的配合精度的影響。纖維增強可降低樹脂吸水率,使其能在高溫、高濕下工作。尼龍與玻璃纖維親合性十分良好。常用于制作梳子、牙刷、衣鉤、扇骨、網(wǎng)袋繩、水果外包裝袋等等。性,但不可長期與酸堿接觸。值得注意的是,加入玻纖后,尼龍的抗拉強度可提高2 倍左右,耐溫能力也相應得到提高。
PA6 B27E--PA6為乳白色或微黃色透明到不透明角質(zhì)狀結(jié)晶性聚合物,可自由著色,韌性、耐磨性、自潤滑性好、剛性小、耐低溫,耐、能慢燃,離火慢熄,有滴落、起泡現(xiàn)象,成型加工性:可注塑、吹塑、澆塑、噴涂、粉末成型、機加工、焊接、粘接。PA6是吸水率的PA,尺寸穩(wěn)定性差,并影響電性能(擊穿電壓)。PA6使用溫度可達180℃,加抗沖改性劑后會降至160℃用15%-50%玻纖增強,可提高至199℃,無機填充PA能提高其熱變形溫度。
PA6 B27E--PA6優(yōu)點:優(yōu)異的電氣性能、軟化點高、表面光滑比較耐磨、耐疲勞、PA6抗拉強度比較接近屈服強度,而比ABS高一倍多。而且對于尼龍PA6沖擊應力振動單位吸收能力較強,并且比縮醛樹脂更好。容易成型、易染色、迅速成型、生產(chǎn)效率高等。
