青島金盾除銹劑本產(chǎn)品既能除去金屬氧化物又能在金屬表面形成具有耐蝕性的保護(hù)膜，可與金屬緊密結(jié)合在一起，可提高金屬與高分子材料的粘合性。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

1.產(chǎn)品為酸性，對(duì)人體皮膚有輕微腐蝕。

2.處理過的金屬表面對(duì)焊接、電鍍、噴漆，灌漿不會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響。

3.處理過的產(chǎn)品能夠使金屬表面的顏色加深。

適用領(lǐng)域：

青島金盾除銹劑對(duì)鋼筋、鐵骨架、鋼管保管/施工過程的除銹（特別是焊接部位螺栓內(nèi)側(cè)及外露部分）

使用方法：

1.使用前先將金屬表面的污漬去掉。

2.通過噴霧、涂抹、浸漬等方法將除銹劑作用在零部件上，用噴霧器多次噴灑，如果選用浸泡方法，容器應(yīng)為塑料、橡膠等，嚴(yán)禁使用金屬材質(zhì)容器。

3.噴上除銹劑后，等10分鐘左右的時(shí)間，便可生效。（根據(jù)生銹情況，可以重復(fù)該步驟）。

4.產(chǎn)品除銹后，干燥后可噴漆處理，如果需要長期防銹可以選用我司的防銹液或防銹

6.JD-900有腐蝕性需要戴手套操作。
