由此可見,供油狀況不良,竄氣嚴(yán)重,零件過大的接觸應(yīng)力破壞油膜,是造成拉缸的主要原因。除了潤滑、配合間隙、零件制造質(zhì)量外,使用不當(dāng)也可能造成柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組拉缸故障,具體地說有如下幾點(diǎn):
1.活塞與氣缸套配合間隙過小,或在正式帶負(fù)荷工作以前沒有經(jīng)過良好的磨合。
2.潤滑不良,如間隙小、機(jī)油稀或在裝配時(shí)未涂油等。
3.柴油機(jī)過熱。
4.裝配時(shí)機(jī)體不清潔或活塞裝得太死。
5.活塞及活塞環(huán)質(zhì)量差。
從使用的角度講,還要注意盡量避免突然增加負(fù)荷或緊急停車,起動(dòng)前用搖把將曲軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)幾圈,使磨擦表面保持一定的潤滑油。
